About MS Community
This was one of the large scale futurespot program endeavors I was involved with and it attempted to bring the user back into the center of how and why Microsoft built software. I refer to this as being large scale because it was targeted at and impacted all of the product groups within Microsoft and its entire, worldwide customer base.
Though there are many product and service centric community sites and efforts which exist today, the breadth and depth of this program and it's success in orchestrating, coordinating and consolidating pre-existing processes and efforts under one program, was truly herculean.
